During your pet’s stay with us they will have a specific caretaker meeting their needs. In addition to our resort staff, there is a veterinarian and veterinary technician on site during normal business hours. Their stay with us will be in one of our 15 luxury suites.
Each suite is furnished with the comforts of home and special accommodations, including:
- sound resistant walls
- spacious floor plans
- doggie door provides outdoor access to private patio during business hours
- interior and exterior windows
- a private bed
- daily maid service
- nightly turn down service with a treat of their owner’s choice
- dietary accommodations upon request
- complimentary bath with any three night or longer stay
Our feline guests can stay in our cat condos, located in a “dog-free” zone. Included in their stay is a daily playtime session. The cat condos are located behind a picture window providing cats 24-hour access to outside viewing.
Optional amenities for the truly pampered pet are also available. These include additional daily walks, pet massage, “pet-a-cures”, bottled water, oral healthcare, pupsicles, and more.

**Check in time for pets boarding in the Resort is after 3:00pm. Check-out time is before 12:00pm. We are happy to keep your furry friend before 3:00pm when dropping off or till 5:30pm when picking up; however, there will be an additional late checkout fee of $21.00.
